2L Countersinks are designed for countersinking, chamfering or deburring. Each size may be used on a wide range of hole diameters. The solid carbide shanks ensure maximum rigidity to reduce chatter.
Customization, or different included angles are available on any Countersink with short leadtimes. The Single Flute Countersink has a tip diameter of 0.050” (1.27 mm).
Countersink Tools can be used in a rigid toolholder or with the 2L Countersink Depth Stop Tool.
We also manufacture Countersinks with Integrated Pilot Drills that reduce chattering by allowing the pilot to closely fit into a predrilled hole (view Countersinks with Pilots here).
2L Countersink Tool bits are made of a premium sub-micron grade of carbide for maximum strength and durability.
