Agilent has combined the latest in micro-focus X-ray tube technology with specially designed multilayer X-ray optics to produce our most intense molybdenum (Mo) X-ray source for use with the SuperNova diffractometer. Using just 50W of power, the Mova produces a 200 micron beam up to 2.5x more intense than a standard Mo sealed tube with mono-capillary. It is the perfect choice for the study of the most challenging, smallest, weakly diffracting crystals.
