Overview
The ALline C wraparound labelling system is designed to apply wraparound labels to cylindrical containers such as bottles, jars and cans used in food, chemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical production. Typical operating speeds range from 80–200 pcs/min depending on product and label dimensions, with dedicated configurations up to 300 pcs/min and technical configurations reporting up to 500 pcs/min.

Product transport
ALline C accepts multiple conveyor types for product transport, including slatted conveyors (plastic or steel) and belt conveyors in various widths. A range of spacing and accumulation devices is available to suit product shape, size and required throughput.

Wrap-around adaptation of the label

• Simple belt type
• Suction belt type
• Roller type

These wrap-around units support in-phase labelling with print registration or product-detected elements.

Possible labelling solutions

• Partial or complete wraparound labelling
• In-phase (registered) labelling
• Application of tamper-evident seal labels
• Labelling of slightly tapered/conical containers
• Very high-speed labelling, including non-stop configurations

Format/product changeover is simple and precise; the labelling head can save parameter sets for specific label/product combinations for quick recall via code.

Label printing
ALline C can be fitted with a variety of label printing modules for dry, hot or thermal-transfer printing (SATO or compatible) to print text, expiration dates and barcodes.
