Description
This two-section conveyor is designed for top and bottom labelling of products, with optional base labelling and C-wrap capability. One or more label applicators from the ALstep and ALritma ranges are used for application, often integrated with printing units.

Base labelling solutions
When base labelling is required, alone or combined with top labelling, two proven transport solutions are available: a two-section transport with the label dispenser blade positioned in the gap between sections; or servo-controlled high-adhesion side belts (usually mounted on a self-centring support) that expose the underside for labelling.

C-wrap labelling
ALbelt can be configured for C-wrap (wraparound) labelling, applying a C-shaped label to the top, front and bottom of a product. This wraparound solution is commonly used for food trays (meat, deli, fresh produce) and can be customised in dimensions and performance to meet compactness, flexibility and throughput requirements.

Three-sided labelling
Provides reliable three-sided labelling for trays and similar items (top, bottom and side) where multi-face identification or sealing is required.
