ATLANTA BG-Servo Bevel Gear Units have been specially developed for use with new generation three-phase AC motors and DC motors.
The following are typical features of our BG-servo bevel gear units:
3 sizes: centre distance 50, 63 and 80mm
3 ratios: 4,75; 6,75; 9,25:1
Driving speed up to 5000 min-1 for all sizes and ratios
Output torque: 50% over HP- and E-servo gearbox,
from 100 to 450 Nm
Circumferential backlash < 6 arcmin
Output hollow shaft with key connection or for clamp connection, generously dimensioned and supported for high additional forces

Sizes and gear ratios correspond with those of the existing servo worm-gear unit series. The bevel gears are manufactured and installed with optimal tooth bearing. The use of bevel gears end-lapped in sets guarantees smooth running in both directions of rotation. The housing is machined on all sides and provided with many fixing holes and threaded bores and can thus be installed in any mounting position desired.
