Description

Pneumatic cylinder double acting Guided by 2 rods on ball bushings or bronze bearings Elastic damping at end of stroke Magnetic piston and T-groove for sensor Options : Back stop kit Back plate Anti-corroding version Robust and precise compact cylinder with guide Long and precise guidance because even for very short strokes, guidance is ensured by 4 bronze bearings or 4 ball bushings as the shortest body is the 50 mm stroke: for lower strokes, a stroke limiting ring is placed in the cylinder. This guidance avoids the problems of buttressing, regularly encountered with ultra-short guides. These pneumatic cylinders are robust and reliable, even at high speed thanks to: screwed cylinder’s covers (no circlips) an hard-anodized body at 35 μ a thick front plate allowing a long centering of the rods for a better resistance to torsion Guided cylinder for universal detector The 5 / 6.5 mm T-slots allow the use of the majority of brands of magnetic detectors on the market. Stroke adjustment on compact guided cylinder The back stop kit, with hydraulic damper, allows to adjust the extended stroke, or cushion the payload in the vertical position, thus, this module can be used as a Z axis at the end of a pneumatic manipulator. Double plate on guided pneumatic cylinder The back plate, identical to the front plate, makes it possible to fix this cylinder by the two plates and thus to have the body in motion. Anti-corrosion compact guided cylinder For environments requiring an anti-corrosion version, the steel parts can be supplied in stainless steel (rods, covers, screws), the body and the plate are remaining in anodized aluminum (suffix /AC after the reference).
