Torch's TP50V-II is part of the company's TP Series of fully automatic vision SMT pick and place machines. This apparatus is generally utilized for applications that involve several SMD parts, like 0402, SOIC, PLCC, and QFP IC. It features a mountable vacuum nozzle, capable of also being mounted with a wide range of components. It sports a vision position system that complies with the requirements of mounting high-quality 0.5-mm of QFP IC or BCA components. A square reference point (aside from the standard circle points), are also showcased. Other features of the TP50V-II include mounting speed rates that range from 2,000 to 3, 200 cph, and precision accuracy levels of ±0.02 mm.
