Description
The TP series is a range of fully automatic desktop SMT placement machine from Torch. The series can be installed on various components through a vacuum nozzle. It is cost efficient, and is ideal for most SMD chip components 0603, SOIC, PLCC and QFP IC. Its visual system adheres to high precision requirements of 0.65 mm pitch BGA or QFP IC chips such as the placement. The machine has a cast construction the bottom platform and Y-axis gantry structure uses casting process in SMT line, that guarantees a reliable and stable for long-term use.
