· Definition : Multifunction 650 °C furnace, to be used with or without stainless steel retort, with or without protective gas. Use of the sealed retort allows work to be performed under protective environment (cracked ammonia, hydrogen, nitrogen, endothermic gas ...). Possible applications include annealing, bright termpering, structural hardening of aluminium, nitriding, and nitrocarburization...
· Insulation : Multilayer insulation.
· Ventilation : Air circulation by a turbine to improve homogeneity within furnace.
· Heating : 6 uniformly distributed heating elements.
· Electricity : 3 x 400V, 50Hz.
· Regulation : PID digital temperature controller, programmable clock
· Documentation : certification CE and operating instructions in English.
