Description

The HPB-500 is a series of button probes that are made to measure displacement and part dimensional changes in tight or hidden access locations at an earth grounded target. They are suitable for the applications involving the placement in compact locations for the inspection of thin gaps. These devices are usually utilized in pairs to recompense for part misalignment and gauge set up.

By modifying the mechanical contact gauging procedure with non-contact electronic gases, these components can enhance repeatability and accuracy. They are available in a broad range of working temperature for accurate displacement from Cryogenic to 1,000°C. When it comes to their calibration, the sensor must be calibrated with final length of cable for stated results.
