The Manipulator is fitted with expanding mandrel tooling for gripping in the reel’s core and servo assisted pneumatic inclination of 90°. Hundreds of Dalmec manipulators are used for handling reels in the leading industries all over the world. We equip our manipulators with different types of gripping devices able to lift, rotate, tilt reels of all sizes and materials with a weight from 5 Kg to 900 Kg. MXC type Maxipartner manipulator, column mounted. The manipulator is equipped with a gripping device with expanding mandrel, for gripping reels in their hole and manual inclination of 90°. The tooling is also equipped with anti-telescoping device and replaceable gripping dowels for handling reels with cores of different dimensions. The pneumatic manipulator Maxipartner MX with articulated arms, equipped with special gripping toolings, responds to the need to handle heavy loads (max 900 kg), also offset, in each direction of space, allowing the operator to work with minimum effort in good ergonomic conditions and in complete safety. Well-trained design staff are able to develop state-of-the-art equipment, which ensure the operators ergonomic use of the Manipulators. Every project is developed according to the instructions given by the Directive 2006/42/EC on machinery and after a careful and a methodical analysis of the risks.
