The DONADON “GM” mono-block graphite rupture disc is a versatile disc suitable for numerous applications and can be directly inserted between flanges.
It conforms to EN ISO 4126-2 norm
TRIGGER SPEED: This disc opens immediately and totally.
OPERATING MARGIN: Good operating margin. Ratio between operating pressure and rupture pressure up to 80%.
FRAGMENTATION: Total fragmentation.
CORROSION: Good resistance to aggressive fluids.
VACUUM: Vacuum support is required only for rupture pressures below 1.7 Bar. At higher calibrations the disc is self-supporting.

Bursting pressure: from 0.017 to 10 Bar at 22°C
Bursting temperature: 370°C
Bursting tolerance:
- below 1 Bar: ± 0,05 Bar
- over 1 Bar: ±10%.
Standard material: high purity graphite impregnated with phenol resins
Accessories: professional seals, support for vacuum, linings and rupture Indicator
Holder: Not required (installed directly between flanges)
