The KGFT-CER series is manufactured by Ege, and is a high-temperature level controller, which guarantees that the fill levels are regulated even in environments that are subjected to high pressures and temperatures. The unit has utmost pressure capacity of up to 30 bar at 140 °C, and up to 15 bar at 200 °C. The body of the unit is made of AISI 316-grade titanium, and its sensor is made of 1.4571-grade stainless steel and ceramic, thus making it resistant to steam. The sensor also has an ingress protection rating of 68 and can undergo sterilization processes under high pressures which is needed in a variety of pharmaceutical and food operations. Level controller Level controllers without moveable parts are available in various versions and are extremely resistant to soiling. Capacitive level controllers are available for gases to -200 °C as well as hot glue up to +230 °C. PTFE and PEEK are here the preferred materials because they prevent adhesions. Opto fill sensors with glass or PSU tip do not require a medium adjustment and are simply added top the tank. These sensors are also available as explosion-proof units in accordance with ATEX. Ultrassonic sensors, pressure controllers or the capacitive high-temperature measuring probe KFA continuously monitor and log fill levels.
