Description

The eurolaser L-1200 laser system is a CO₂ laser cutting system for the industrial processing of non-metal materials. With a processing area of 1,800 x 1,230 mm, the system is particularly suited for applications involving large-format materials and continuous production processes.

The system enables cutting, engraving and marking of a wide range of materials:

Depending on requirements, different CO₂ laser sources with power levels ranging from 60 to 450 watts are used. This allows the laser cutting system to be flexibly adapted to different material thicknesses and processing requirements. In combination with high processing speeds and precise motion control, the system enables clean cut edges without post-processing and high process stability.

Thanks to its modular design, the laser system can be individually configured and adapted to specific production processes. Additional modules such as optical recognition systems, mechanical tools or automation solutions can be integrated to optimise material flow and process integration.

Optionally, the system is available with the Shuttle Table System, enabling parallel loading and unloading during processing and thereby increasing productivity. In addition, the L-1200 can be equipped with the Conveyor System, which enables automated material feeding, particularly for roll materials and continuous production processes.

The eurolaser L-1200 is a high-performance solution for industrial applications, where large working formats, automation and efficient material throughput are key requirements.
