The eurolaser 2XL-3200 laser system is a CO₂ laser cutting system for the industrial processing of non-metal materials. With a processing area of 2,740 x 3,200 mm, it is one of the largest systems in the eurolaser portfolio and has been specifically developed for applications where very large material widths and lengths need to be processed within a continuous workflow.

The system enables cutting, engraving and marking of a wide range of materials:

The extended working width enables processing of materials exceeding 2.7 metres, making the system particularly suitable for wide textiles, technical fabrics and large-format sheet materials. Processing in original size reduces additional handling steps and simplifies the overall production process.

The system is designed for continuous industrial operation with high production volumes and delivers stable process performance even during extended production runs. Its robust construction ensures consistent quality in both serial production and large-format applications.

For automated workflows, the system can be equipped with the Conveyor System. This enables direct processing of roll materials and ensures continuous material feeding without manual intervention. As a result, wide and long material lengths can be processed efficiently and without interruption.

Additional modules such as optical recognition systems, mechanical tools or marking systems can be integrated to combine multiple processing steps within a single system and further increase automation.
