Rotating diverter for boxes with motorized rollers conveyor, using in conveying system for changing package direction without changing the forward front. Useful width from mm. 500 to mm. 900. Rotary diverters for boxes, complete with motorized rollers or belts, are used in conveyor lines to convey packages in different directions. The structure is in painted tubular steel, complete with height-adjustable supports. Ideal for labeling operations and for the orientation of boxes from different lines. The deviator, depending on how the line is structured and where the limit switch are positioned, can rotate 90°, 180° or 270°. The platform cannot make a complete rotation of 360° but to return to the starting position it must rotate in the opposite direction to the initial one. The rotation time to carry out the 270° is approximately 5-6 seconds. Painted steel tubular structure, complete with height-adjustable supports. Large diameter fifth wheel with high load capacity. Conveyor belt installed directly on the fifth wheel. Rotation 0-270° then returns to position . Double reduction gearmotor. Axis positioning sensors.
