If you really require high speed in shotblasting this is the solution to look at.
High speed cannot be achieved by only increasing the number of turbines and the power installed. There is a limit over which the hotspot covered per total area to be shotblasted cannot physically be increased unless you rethink the way the whole process of throwing shot to the part. This is what FICEP has been doing in the design of this super performant machine.
In this solution, in fact, the upper wheels are installed with a certain angle. This technique avoids the shot to sit on top of the area to be cleaned. It is common in fact for straight wheels to reach a maximum amount of shot per minute because to much shot would result in a more covered area by the same shot.
