Parts Washing The fully automatic Parts Washing unit is designed for easy handling of rotogravure press parts. It is possible to wash ink trays, buckets and other removable press parts used with all types of inks, varnishes etc. The Parts Washer can clean our rotogravure parts either with solvents eg Eco-friendly cleaning liquids made for cleaning of water based inks. The unit can be equipped with a trolley, which makes the handling even easier. The grid on the trolley is easily slid into the machine from the front. The Cleaning Process The quick and easy wash operation allows press operators to focus on press make-ready functions and thus reducing the changeover time and the labour involved in washing. Two Stage Closed Wash Cycle: The Wash & Rinse Series offers an automatic two stage cleaning process with separate tanks for wash and rinse: 1. Cleaning liquid is sprayed over the press parts at high pressure. After washing, the liquid is drained back to the tank through filters for reuse. 2. The parts are rinsed with cleaning liquid/water. This can run back to the tank and then be reused.
