The Type 3000 industrial air heater produces constant hot air in continuous operation. Despite providing strong hot air performance, the small and lightweight air heater enables integration into expert production processes. The air heater type 3000 offers numerous different applications. The air heaters are utilised in machines and on conveyor belts among other places. In this case, the hot air generated by them is used for activation, shrinkage, drying and shaping. The air heaters can be switched between 3 stages and can be equipped with different heating capacities of 230 V or 400 V 3-phase AC up to a maximum of 650 °C. The Type 3000 requires an external air supply with blower, side channel compressor or compressor. Depending on the nozzle, the amount of air required is from 500 to 1500 liters/min. Individual solutions can be achieved by altering and concentrating the air flow with various attachable nozzles.
