Hammond Roto-Finish
The Gemini is designed for a different use in the finishing arena. While like the HR series machines with a round bowl design and internal separation, the Gemini is designed for non-steel media applications, and is available with fewer options than the HR series. HR machines will continue with the roll of steel media applications, and for complex system features. By keeping the Gemini design simple, we can keep the cost lower and more competitive, as well as a shorter delivery time.
The Gemini Series machines are available as an un-loading version or as a flat bottom machine. Both very capable machines designed for a lower price point, and for all Gemini sizes non-metallic media applications. With the strength and simplicity of the Hammond Roto-Finish design, there are only 7 primary welds in Hammond Roto-Finish Vibratory bowls. This is the same with HR and Gemini designs.
