The universal mechanical tension meter is widely used for versatile applications including textile, fiber and wire industry. It has a flexible usable tension meter which can work up to 25 up to max. 20000 tex in a textile industry and a 0.05 up to max. 1.7 Ø mm copper wire when used in a wire industry. Other specifications include an analog display which shows the changes, and enables an optimal process adjustments and a built-in material thickness compensator which has a different material diameters (only DX2-1000 and higher ranges). Furthermore, its filament guide and roller shifting mechanism assures the easy acquisition of the running material and a hand-held unit equipped with a built-in mounting holes that permit a fixed installation.
