EWB 2-12 Hi-Speed With a boring range from Ø 2 - 12 mm and a max. speed of 30’000 r.p.m., the new KAISER boring head EWB 2-12 Hi-Speed offers new possibilities in the field of fine boring of ultra precise holes with highest spindle speeds. Due to the compact body dimensions Ø 32 mm and 44 mm length; the new boring head can be operated in narrow locations and on machine tools with spindles HSK-40, HSK-50 or SK30. The self balanced EWB 2-12 Hi-Speed is equipped with a manual fine balancing mechanism and features a combined clamping for diameter setting and boring cutter with an excellent positional accuracy. The tool is available with the modular KAISER connection CK3 or with a straight shank Ø 16 mm.
