This machine has bending rolls which can carry out the planetary movement; this movement goes on short inter-axes in order to reduce the flat part (pre-bending). SIHR is equipped with double hydraulic motors coupled to planetary gears to rotate the three rolls, can also set off the peripheral top roll’s speed. All the machine rolls are hardened to improve both the quality of the product and also of the machine itself; it has also extended shafts for the use of section bending dies. The drive-touch controls are located on a detached control desk on wheels. Thanks to the hydraulic inclination of lateral rolls, the manufacture of conical bending shapes is allowed. The hydraulic opening of the shoulder is done thanks to the control desk.
