These deburring machines are used for large and heavy workpieces with long cycle times (> 80 sec), e.g. for deburring commercial vehicle crankcases. Example machine:
* Workpiece transport by roller conveyor
* Deburring long bores conventionally with multi-spindle drilling head and steady-rest guide
* Robot mounted tooling with automatic tool change
* Variable tool change magazine for straight and angled deburring spindles, gripper systems and an extremely wide range of individual tools that can be changed with a chucking unit
