The AST-660 model is an automated UV screen printer with soft tubes and 6 colors. With a maximum printing size of (16~60) X (20~220) cm, this machine can print 60 pieces per minute and is of size 360X300X250 cm and has a net weight of 4500Kg. This machine has an air pressure of 7 bars max and consumes power of 25 KW when fitted to a 220V/50 Hz supply. This machine is multi-functional and fully automated Printing system with 6 stations. Designed for printing on large containers made of plastic such as cosmetic jars, bottle caps, soft tubes etc, the printer can be equipped with optional devices to meet different needs. 6 screen print stations with 6 UV curing systems is the standard station. The optional stations that are available for this machine are efficiency increasing automatic feeders, units for varnish coating, automated pre registration systems and a unit for hot stamping. This AST660 makes use of a stroke servo printing system with touch screen controls and a reliable PLC.
