Bosch Steam boiler - Universal UL-S, UL-SX The Bosch Universal UL-S steam boiler is a highly efficient solution for generating saturated steam and superheated steam. With an output of 1,250 to 28,000 kg/h at up to 30 bar, it is suitable for a wide range of applications in the food, building materials, pharmaceutical and paper industries, among others. The UL-S generates consistently high steam quality, even when steam requirements fluctuate greatly. Thanks to the three-pass technology and economiser equipment, the steam boiler enables very high energy utilisation, which reduces operating costs. The optimum boiler and burner combination minimises emissions and offers options for using climate-neutral energy sources such as green hydrogen, biofuels or green electricity (hybrid). Bosch supplies the UL-S as a system with customised boiler house equipment and controls including software - for long-lasting boiler operation and reliable processes.
