Two-headed Circular Shear and Flanging Machine for the cut of disks from a front-squared piece and/or from an octagon piece, and the following beading process (without removing the workpiece from the machine). It is a Machine particularly suitable for the making of circular road signs, garden tables, flat bottoms for the tanks, etc.. The machine consists of: Cutting head model 3/… with two motorized blades and blade descent with hydraulic control; Piece tailstock with hydraulic control; Special beading head equipped with: no. 2 blank holder rolls, no. 1 former roller with radius and shape on request, no. 1 forming roller, no. 1 bead roller, no. 1 roller for the possible beading towards the inner part (in this case the former roller must be according to the drawing)
