Lucas
One of the primary goals of Lucas is to realize production lines granting to the customer and high productivity, flexibility and safety. From this aim rises in Chiuppano one of the last production lines. It is composed by: Nr. 2 trimming machines model VBU 400 SW equipped with working units, suitable for the execution of the following operations: trimming and beading of stamped and/or deep-drawing pieces. Nr. 1 handler robot for the moving of pieces: Conveyor belts for moving both the finished product and the scrap. The entire line is fully-automated and does not require the presence of an operator thanks to the complete control of all operations ensured by the use of numerous PLCs linked in constant dialogue. The line is proposed as indispensable for the completion of operations after drawing, and can be equipped to perform a wide range of machining. The output of the line is 10 complete pieces per minute.
