Automatic trimming machine VBU 400 ST

Lucas has developed a complete line for trimming and beading heads of liquid tanks (water or petrol) and expansion vessels.<br>The entire line is fully-automated and does not require the presence of an operator thanks to the complete control of all operations ensured by the use of PLC.<br>The scrap ejection is controlled by PLC, a three-arms rotary system loads and unloads the pieces, and conveyor belts move both the finished product and the scrap.<br>The line is proposed as indispensable for the completion of operations after drawing, and can be equipped to perform a wide range of machining.<br>
