The machine is particulary suitable to cut small circular pieces. The part is loaded and unloaded manually. Upper blade hydraulic downstroke with micrometric adjustment quick-slow device. The upper and lower blades are assembled on bearings and motorized by reduction units and double speed motor. Piece centering by means of integrated stop devices. Disc diameter adjustment by a manual handwheel with cutting diameter shown on an electronic display. Electric board fixed to the machine upright. Quick adjustment of the clearance and the crossing without the use of wrenches being necessary. High quality steel cutting blades, suitable for cutting also stainless steel. Neck depth tailstock with piece hydraulic clamping, central punching is also possible. System of blank holder rolls for flanging operations (optional).
