Eclipse® transmitters are loop-powered, 24 VDC, level transmitters based upon the revolutionary Guided Wave Radar (GWR) technology and can be utilized on virtually all level measurement and control applications.

Application conditions include processes exhibiting visible vapors, foam, coating or buildup, surface agitation, bubbling or boiling, high fill/empty rates, low level and varying dielectric media or specific gravity.

In addition, Eclipse reliably handles interface level measurement and control applications with a clean distinct interface, including those with changing specific gravities and visible vapors.

Choosing the proper Eclipse probe is the most important decision in the application process. With this in mind, Magnetrol offers 19 probe designs to choose from.

Eclipse features IS, XP and Non-Incendive approvals, optional HART® or Foundation Fieldbus® communications, and quick connect/disconnect probe coupling.
