TCI 1 is a single-channel signal conditioning module for LVDT or HBT transducers, with analog output. Designed for measuring components suppliers and machine makers, it is used for direct connection of sensors to a PLC to carry out dimensional measurements or part positioning.
Thanks to its robustness, waterproofness (IP54 protection degree) and connection simplicity, it can be easily placed in the machine, while the possibility to connect a wide range of sensors allows to meet any application requirement.
POWER SUPPLY
TCI 1 module is directly fed by the PLC and can be supplied in the following versions:
* Version with dual filtered and stabilized ±15Vdc ±5% or ±12Vdc ±5% power supply.
* Version with single 24Vdc ±10% power supply.
Power supply connection: 7-pole male Lumberg connector (same as the output signal one)
