A centered hole for the adhesive application and multiple holes in circle around it for swirl air make the typical spiral application of these nozzles.
It is possible to choose different diameters for glue output and swirl air output depending on application needs.
According to the distance to the substrate plus adhesive and air flow parameters we can achieve circles of glue up to 20-25 mm in standard swirl applications. With special nozzle design we can achieve more than 100 mm, depending on adhesive type.
They are used with swirl handguns, E gun series, ECA/ECAI series and spray gun.
