Description

When clean and reliable special hydraulic cylinders with long lengths up to 7,000 mm and fast operating velocities up to 1.5 m/s are required, our Neuson Hydrotec longstroke cylinders from our plant in Linz make their appearance. Specialising in cylinder series with long strokes, we are able to produce pistons with diameters from 60 mm to 700 mm in Upper Austria, using our large CNC lathes and fi nishing machines. ustomer requirements such as fast velocities, high pressures or difficult environmental conditions often call for the use of hardened piston rods and piston rods from special materials with special coatings. Special hydraulic cylinders in series A01- Z99 can be made 100% oil-drip-free with a special sealing technique, to withstand test pressures of up to 800 bar. With our new automatic assembling equipment we can join long piston rods with cylinder barrels and precisely assemble complex sealing systems economically. The design and mounting of the hydraulic cylinders are perfectly matched to the requirements of the customer needs. The cylinders themselves are integrated perfectly into the processing sequence. Benefits: - customised design - low friction for high pressures - clean and easy to service - for high stroke velocities - special support during projects
