MILLAC-series: heavy-duty vertical machining centres offer efficient high precision production capability for large, heavy, hard-to-handle work pieces. These rugged machines feature reinforced column and base construction and rigid guideways that facilitate close tolerance cutting on the heaviest parts. For operational flexibility, MILLAC heavy-duty vertical machining centres have a 36-tool ATC, and can be fitted with a 54-tool magazine as an option. The ATC provides a tool-to-tool time of 3 seconds with chip-to-chip time of 7 seconds, reducing overall machining cycle time. Workhorse MILLAC machining centres can be equipped with a two-pallet system.
