High Rigidity and High Accuracy Guide The LM Guide™ from THK is used as the guide hardware. It is a thin, stainless steel guide that can withstand high moment loads. The guide also has excellent traveling parallelism, which has been reduced to 0.03 mm or less. Space-Saving Maximum use of space is possible because the equipment doesn't interfere with the load. Equipment can be installed in contact with surrounding structures. Simple Dust-Resistant Structure Through the use of a stainless steel, simple dust-resistant structure, simple dust-resistant infiltration of foreign objects is prevented and dust generation is also controlled.
