Productive Systems manufactures a Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrapping Unit which is especially tailor made for very heavy and unstable pallets.

As with the Fully-Automatic Stretch Wrapper the Semi-Automatic Unit is extremely robust and will endure hours of operation.
Use of a pneumatic stabilising unit is an optional extra, only required for unstable packed pallets. The load is firmly held in position while the wrapping process takes place.
The stretch wrapper head is reversible and therefore is suitable for use with inner and outer adhesive film.
The operator is only required to attach the film to the pallet before standing back and activating the wrap function. The rotation cycle will commence to complete the process.
