The US30 portable pipe beveling tool is de-signed for high quality bevelling, facing and machining on pipes and tubes from 1’’ to 4’’ ID (30-114 mm). The standard tool plate will accept multiple tool bits, allowing up to four simultaneous machining operations.Such operations may include bevelling, facing, counterboring, compound bevelling and OD chamfering.
The US30 features a self-accepting torque system and an integral drive motor.
The robust US30 is capable of performing repeatable high quality weld preparations on allmachinable alloy pipes including stainless steel duplex, super duplex, in-conel, etc.
