Description
The PROTEM US600-R edition is a portable machine unit which is capable for bevel formation ranging from 600 mm up to 1000 mm for version 1 or 1000 mm up to 1500 mm for the version 2. The US600-R is able for weld preparation like J-prep, V-prep, compound bevel with redundancy of excellent quality on carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy, inconel, duplex, super-duplex. The device utilizes orthodox carbide inserts and can bevel up to 4" wall pipe with ease, it is hydraulic powered when linked to a 22 kW power pack.
The device has a 545 - 1000 mm for version 1 and 1000 mm - 1500 mm for version 2 of Clamping capacity respectively. There is 600 - 1000 mm for version 1 and 1000 -1500 mm for version 2 of machining capacity. There is flexible Tool feed, 0-50 rpm tool revolution and Dual hydraulic powered motor. The version 1 weighs 1500 kg whereas the second weighs 2000 kg.
