The UDK20 is a single-side double sheet detector that can be used to monitor both FE and NF materials up to a sheet thickness of 4 mm. In addition, double sheet monitoring is possible on austenitic stainless steel up to a sheet thickness of 2 mm. • Function principle: - Electromagnetic and Eddy Current • Materials: - • All metals (FE and NF) • Sensor number: - Up to 2 sensors connectable; via Sensor Switch Box up to 4 sensors connectable • Material thickness: - • 0.2 – 4.0 mm (FE- and NF material) • 0.2 – 2.0 mm (Austenit) • Programs: - 255 Measuring programs selectable • Operation: - Operation via buttons; after set-up (Teach-In) feedback via light signals (detection of 0-sheet, 1-sheet and 2-sheet); • additional display of sheet thickness in mm or inches • Versions: - Available as wall mount and front panel enclosure
