The column-mounted INDEVA® Liftronic® Air manipulator is the perfect solution for those requiring precise and safe handling of variable loads, such as truck axle parts. With its pneumatic drive and electronic control, this manipulator combines the robustness of a rigid arm with the versatility of INDEVA® technology. With an air pressure of 0.65 MPa (6.5 bar) and a power consumption of 100VA, the system offers excellent performance with low power consumption. In addition, the 115/230V A/C power supply and IP54 protection level ensure safe operation even in dusty and wet environments. Variable lifting speed from 15 to 30 m/min, brakes on the main and intermediate columns and the possibility of 360° column and tool axis rotation up to 550° ensure maximum manoeuvrability and stability. Automatic load balancing is another key feature, as there is no need to adjust the air or weight of the load during handling. This perfectly meets the customer's requirements, who were looking for a system that did not require manual adjustment operations, but still offered the precision and speed of a rigid arm manipulator.
