Digital sensors for temperature and humidity, explosion proof

Transducer-/sensor conception for temperature and/or humidity measuring in hazardous areas, composed of a transducer series ExCos-D or RedCos-D and a sensor series ExPro, in acc. with ATEX 94/9/EC for use in hazardous areas zone 1, 2, 21 and 22, for all kind of gas, mixtures, vapours and dust. 24 VAC/DC supply, ranges from -40°C ... + 125°C or 0...100 % rH, as single measurement or combination of °C and %rH. Working range adjustable, output 0...10 VDC and 4...20 mA, actual value indication, aluminium housing IP 66, integral Ex-e terminal box. ExPro sensors are available with 50 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm and 200 mm length in acc. with type and can be connected to the transducer for room or duct mounting. Series ExCos-D for use in zone 1, 2, 21, 22. Series RedCos-D for use in zone 2, 22.
The module is for installation inside the hazardous area, an interface in the safe area is not required, installation of intrinsic safe circuit is not required. This saves cost, space and guarantees safety.
