SECO/WARWICK continues to develop technologies to improve equipment performance and efficiency. Two significant improvements for coil/foil processing include:

* Mass Flow design to protect load surfaces that are vulnerable to damage during high atmosphere flow. Dedicated for foil heat treatment.
o +/-5°C guaranteed uniformity in the load area
o Gas or electric heated
o Various types of atmosphere can be used - Air/Nitrogen/Exo
o Provides for fast heating times
o Enables charge loading in levels

* Vortex ® Flow Jet Heating System - nozzle system that reduces cycle time by taking advantage of the high heat transfer produced through convection heating. Mainly dedicated for Al sheet
o Fast and uniform heating of the load
o Heating time reduction in comparison to other systems
o Lack of overheated points
o +/-3°C guaranteed uniformity for soaking time
