The setral® high performance lubricants of the CUT-setral-CST series were especially designed for forming operations like deep-drawing, crimping and stamping. They are an excellent replacement for cutting oils and emulsions to save an expensive degreasing after forming operation is finished. Especially at fast-running stamping machines the built-up edges are effectively avoided.
The nearly residue-free evaporation of the products allow further processing of the finished parts without cleaning and degreasing. Immediate welding and painting is possible. The products do not contain any chlorine and heavy metal compounds or any other environmentally harmfull substances.
