WSC Series is used to determine stress-relaxation of metal, such as stranded wire, PC steel bar, steel bar and so on., the specimen is deformed a given amount and decrease in stress is recorded over prolonged period of exposure at constant elevated temperature. The product accords with the relevant requirements of GB/T 10120-1996 stress relaxation test method of metal and ASTM E328-2008 Standard Test Methods for Stress Relaxation Tests for Materials and Structures.
Main Features
*Automatic draw the realtime curve of residual stress v time, as well as temperature v time.
*Automatic calculate 1000 hour stress relaxation rate of the specimen. The calculation method has double logarithm option and sigle logarithm option and calculating data has entire data option and data at certain time option.
*Loading speed could be set arbitrarily.
*Selecable Constant load and constant displacement control.
*Can automatically calculate stress relaxation property of the specimen (such as stress relaxation rate, relaxation stress, relaxation rate and so on) and can print complete test report and test curves.
*Realize digital calibration of load quickly and accurately, and has over-load protection function.
*Test reqirements (test piece enviroment, test requirement) are programmable.
*Can store test results, check and browse test process.
*The coordinate of the curves can be automatically adjusted. When the test begins, the system will automatically adjust the coordinate value. During the whole test process, the curves remain complete. The test requirements can be automatically stored, taken out and reset.
