As with spur and helical gears, the gears can be finish machined after heat treatment. With gear grinding we can produce gears to DIN quality 3.
a.) Straight bevel gears
Module: 0,3 - 10
Diameter: approx. 4 up to 600 mm
b.) Angled bevel gears
Module: 0,3 - 10
Diameter: approx. 4 up to 600 mm
c.) Bevel gears with ground tooth flanks up to quality 3 (according to DIN 3965)
Module: 2 - 6
Minimum cone distance: approx. 50 mm up to Ø 220 mm
