Overview
The C30S process controller is designed for complex screwdriving and tightening applications. It provides detailed process evaluation, supports 31 configurable programs and 13 process cycles, and is operated via an integrated 7" touch display. Two hardware variants are available: C30SxS (current control) and C30SxM (torque or angle transducer support). Numerous open interfaces enable integration into industrial production lines (Digital I/O, RS232, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, DeviceNet, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP).

Functionality and evaluation
Results and process data can be read out via USB/PC connection. The controller supports cycle counting, logbook recording, result storage and documentation of tightening torques. Curve output is available and can be displayed on a remote screen. Optional MySQL database connectivity enables centralized documentation and traceability.
