The CU30 is a compact sequence controller for handheld and fixtured screwdriving systems. It centralises control of fastener feeding and synchronises screwdriving, feed, press‑fitting and insertion processes. The unit integrates a flexible programmable PLC and pneumatics and supports Profibus, ProfiNet and Digital IO for fieldbus communication.

Integrated feeder vibration control
WEBER supplies the CU30 with an integrated sorter/vibrator controller to adjust feeding frequency and amplitude. The controller is available with 3-, 5- or 7-fold valve bank; external valve banks can be added. A touch display is provided as standard and may be mounted externally if required.
