Product overviewThe C50S process controller is designed for complex, individually configurable screwdriving processes. It supports up to 255 selectable screw programs with up to 25 steps per program, and can be extended with customer-specific programs via an open interface. Networking is via Ethernet (TCP/IP); visualization is available on an optional WEBER touch panel or on a Windows PC.
Features- 255 programs, each up to 25 individual steps
- Five selectable result values from any stage
- Statistical functions for process quality assessment (cp/cpk support via export)
- Advanced screwdriving methods: gradient (torque, depth), relative torque, M360°, each configurable up to 25 stages
- Digital and analogue depth measurement support; optional redundant measuring system VDI 2862, Class A
- Process parameters configurable via customer interface and fieldbus module
- Integration interfaces: Digital I/O, RS232, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, DeviceNET, EtherCAT
- Optional MySQL connection for extended documentation
- High IT security standard with interface monitoring and diagnostic functions
Process analysis and diagnosticsThe C50S outputs detailed torque/depth curves and process signals on configurable axes. The controller stores the last 1,000 curves and allows overlay of up to 10 curves for comparison. System diagnosis, logbook, backup and help functions are available to support process validation and troubleshooting.
