Radial profile segments are now indispensable in many market sectors. There are three different bending technologies available. These technologies enable us to maintain tight tolerances while reducing spring back. The processes contain many safeguards which minimise profile deformation. While for smaller radii, mandrel bending is used, for sections with complex radii or where 3-D bending is required a roll-bending process is used. Bent steel profiles are used in a number of industries, in particular automotive, cabin building, facades and interiors and also in furniture making.
